Art & Potatoes is a curated marketplace connecting buyers with independent artists and resellers. As a platform, A&P does not manage returns or refunds directly. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to agree on return conditions before completing a purchase.

✅ When a Refund May Be Issued

Buyers may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Item was received damaged
Item does not match listing description or images
Item is significantly lower quality than reasonably expected
Seller fails to respond or resolve an issue within 48 hours of delivery

💬 Agreement Before Purchase

We strongly advise buyers and sellers to:

Discuss return/refund terms before purchase
Mention any special conditions in the product listing
Communicate clearly about expectations, materials, and delivery

⏱️ Reporting a Problem

If an issue occurs:

Notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear evidence (e.g., photos of the item, packaging, comparison with listing).
If no agreement is reached or the seller is unresponsive, contact support@artandpotatoes.com.

📦 Return Conditions

If a return is agreed upon:

The item must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
The return must be initiated within the agreed-upon time frame, typically within 7 days of receipt.

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Allow 1–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on the bank/payment provider.
A refund will be initiated only after the seller confirms receipt of the returned item or resolves the issue.

❗ Special Cases

If no communication from the seller is received within 48 hours of delivery, and the item is clearly damaged or misrepresented, buyers may submit a claim through A&P support.
Disputes will be reviewed individually. We may intervene in limited cases to ensure the integrity of our curated platform.
